RX Series
The RX Series are structured ancillary strength programs that are added to your current WODs. They are 10-30 min strength based workouts that can be done before or after your WODs. The goal for each RX program is to get you strong enough to RX any WOD that comes up.
For example, do you have trouble with pull-ups, muscle-ups, HSPUs, or other bodyweight movements? Then the RX Gymnastics Program would be ideal. Or, do you struggle to use the RX weight for barbell movements? Then the RX Barbell Program would be lovely. Struggle with both? Then the RX Athlete Program can help.
Home & Travel WOD series (In Development)
The home series are programs that give you WOD when equipment is a limiting factor. They are great for when you are travelling or workout at home with limited equipment. Each program is a collection of 100-250 WOD’s that you can pick and choose from based on the equipment you have available.
