I’m excited to announce the launch of a new program – The RX Athlete Cross-Training Programming course. It is the last in my RX series. It is also the last Cross-Training specific program I’ll be building. It is my magnum opus of Cross-Training if you will.
I started the RX series to add my own take on accessory strength programming for Cross-Training.
First, I launched the Cross-Training Gymnastics program. This program addressed the problem I saw so often at the gym. People diligently going to Cross-Training for months or years but still having trouble performing the basic bodyweight movements like pull-ups, dips, and muscle-ups.
Then, I launched the Cross-Training Barbell program. This was my take on how I think barbell training should be done in addition to Cross-Training.
This last program, the RX Athlete program, combines both of those into one program.
The entire RX Series
With the entire RX series available, you can pick the one that best fits your needs:[/vc_column_text][product_category per_page=”12″ columns=”3″ orderby=”” order=”” category=”cross-training-programs”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
