Intermediate Powerbuilding

Powerbuilding (also known as concurrent training) is a hybrid training style that combines Powerlifting and Bodybuilding. The purpose is to build up your big compounds moves (Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press) while at the same time building muscle mass. The result is being a person who does not only looks strong but is strong.
