My New Fitness Blog

Over the years, I have started a few blogs, each with a different topic, niche, or focus. The issue is I tend to write about one interest I have at a specific time, and when I move onto something new, I stop writing about what came before. With this problem of focus in mind, I’ve decided to start writing with a specific topic and the intention of sticking to it.

One topic that has been a constant in my life since I was a teenager has been Strength and Conditioning, fitness, and health. As I write this, I’m in my mid-twenties, and still frenetic in my interests in this realm of fitness. It’s challenging to foresee what this site will blossom into, but it will be fitness-focused.

I’m looking forward to this new project and seeing where it goes.
